Peter go into his the Dungarvon Whooper outfit.  He wore a plaid flannel shirt and plain pants held up by decrepit suspenders.  He had a glow in the dark fake beard and glow in the dark paint on his hands.  He word a hand knit hat on his head and carried a frying pan that was also painted with glow in the dark paint.  A modified MP3 player contained the "Unearthly Howl" he was supposed to make.  One of the others had mixed together lion, gorilla, and wolf calls.  The sound was perfect.

This ghost was based on a camp cook named Ryan who went to work at a logging camp on the Dungarvon river.  Ryan carried plenty of money and he let his fellow workers know about it.  One day the Boss stayed back at camp with Ryan as the other loggers went into the woods.  When the loggers returned, Ryan was dead and his money was gone.  The Boss said that Ryan had taken ill and died.  A storm made it impossible to leave, so the men buried the body in a shallow grave.  When they returned to camp, they hear the most horrible screeming and yelling all over the camp.  The terrible yelling continuned all night and day until all the men in the logging camp went mad.

The plan was working out well.  Their theatrical group had been hired but the Downtown Business Association to revive the downtown area.  Halloween had given them the idea.  Their theatrical experience had provided them with the special effects need to pull off the "ghosts".  Special UV lights had been hidden in various alleys around town.  It picked up the glow in the dark paint and caused it to floress -- glow brightly.  They also had a few projections screen set up around town to give a more transparent look.

Peter checked in to Ghost Center and headed out to his alley for the evening.  He hunkered down by a dumpster and waited for his first victim.
