The guide contained information on all the creatures in the World of EverFanasty.  Well, all those up until the 4th update.

He went from one monster to another. He had already let loose dire wolves, kappas, bogiemen, kelpies, and vampires.  Now he wanted something bigger.  Demons?  Not yet.  Zombies? too campy. Mummies?  Maybe.  He wanted something that could think on its own. Something that he wouldn't have to control.  That understood that he was trying to strengthen the people of Fredericton.  Then he had it.

The Valkyries.

They would be able to scour the land and find the true heroes.

They even had creatures of their own to control.

He placed an old DM's Guide on the book to hold it open.
